Resources

Because we know you may need more than one organization's support, we have provided some links to resources we believe can provide additional support for your needs.

  • Alliance of Hope for Suicide Survivors - The Alliance of Hope for Suicide Survivors provides healing support for people coping with the shock, excruciating grief and complex emotions that accompany the loss of a loved one to suicide.

  • American Hospice Foundation - On this website you will find the most popular tools and materials we produced over the years. From training for employers on Grief at Work to support for school professionals on Grief in Schools, we hope you can find what you need.

  • Hope Connections for Cancer - Their mission is to help people with cancer and their loved ones deal with the emotional and physical impact of cancer through participation in professionally facilitated programs of emotional support, education, wellness and hope.

  • Hospice Net - A compendium of articles and references regarding patients, caregivers, facilities and more.

  • KIDSAID - A safe place for kids to help each other deal with grief and loss. It's a place to deal with feelings in our e-mail support group, to share and view artwork and stories, and for parents and kids to ask questions and find answers.

  • National Alliance for Grieving Children - The National Alliance for Grieving Children promotes awareness of the needs of children and teens grieving a death and provides education and resources for anyone who wants to support them.

  • Wendt Center for Loss and Healing - The Wendt Center is a non-sectarian, comprehensive program of counseling, education, research, consultation, grief camp, crisis response and volunteer support.
