Friends of Hospice Caring

Friends of Hospice Caring (FOHC) was initiated in 1998 to provide donors with a unique opportunity to support our programs by making a small donation in the middle of the year. June, July and August are typically months when few fund-raising events take place. This can pose a problem for organizations that provide all of their services free of charge; few donations are received and rent, volunteer training, telephone bills, printing costs, etc., must continue to be paid.

As much as $21,000 has been raised through Friends of Hospice Caring, which has helped to alleviate funding concerns and enabled our programs to continue free of charge.
